1. Service Description

4kIPTV ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our") provides media streaming playlists and technical server routing access. By placing an order inquiry, accessing, or configuring any playlist feed provided by 4kIPTV, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian authorization in your jurisdiction to purchase and utilize our streaming subscription services.

3. Orders & Activation

All orders placed on our website operate on a guest inquiry basis. Upon processing, configuration credentials (M3U playlist link and Xtream Codes API details) are dispatched to the customer's specified email address within our standard operational timeframe (typically 15 to 60 minutes during operating hours).

4. Payments & Billing

All subscription prices are listed transparently in British Pounds (GBP £). We process one-time manual payments for fixed subscription periods (3, 6, 12, or 24 months). We do not operate recurring auto-debit billing without explicit customer authorization.

5. Simultaneous Connections & Device Limitations

Each 4kIPTV subscription grants the right to stream simultaneously on up to 5 concurrent devices within the subscriber's household. Sharing credentials beyond authorized household limits or restreaming to unauthorized third-party commercial networks is strictly prohibited.

6. Customer Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps for HD, 30+ Mbps for 4K streaming) and a compatible hardware playback application. Subscribers must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand graphics, website design elements, and software components owned by 4kIPTV remain the proprietary intellectual property of the service. All third-party software applications, codecs, and trademarks belong to their respective proprietors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service credentials immediately without prior notice if a subscriber violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or attempts malicious attacks or unauthorized restreaming.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4kIPTV shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from internet service provider downtime, hardware incompatibility, or third-party application faults.
